The Regimental Sergeant Major seminar was conducted at Tanzania Peacekeeping Training Center (TPTC) at Kunduchi in Dar es Salam Region for one week from 31 May 2022 to 4^th June 2022. The seminar was organized by the government of Tanzania through Tanzania Peoples’ Defence Forces (PTDF).

The aim of the seminar was to get experience from the participants and discuss challenges occurs in their daily activities in order to get common understanding. The participants were comes from Tanzania Peoples’ Defence Forces (TPDF) from different areas.
